Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Client Services
Jim Reynolds is responsible for LoanPerformance sales, marketing, and customer care. Prior to joining LoanPerformance, Mr. Reynolds was managing director of the European office of BancWare, an asset/liability management and financial planning firm with 225 financial-institution clients in 28 countries. At BancWare, Mr. Reynolds oversaw operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with responsibility for sales, marketing, and professional services. Previous to that, Mr. Reynolds was BancWare’s vice president of sales. Before that, he was vice president of business development at HSBC Global Markets and senior bank analyst at MetLife Investments. He holds a B.S. in economics and political science from Union College.
  
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Dave Hurt is a veteran of the mortgage industry with over 25 years of capital markets, mortgage banking production, and management experience. Prior to LoanPerformance, he was the second most senior executive at OptiFI, a Fair Isaac venture, directly responsible for sales, marketing, production, and strategic initiatives. Prior to OptiFI, Mr. Hurt was the SVP of corporate business development for Pedestal, Inc., an Internet mortgage and securities trading platform. He has also held senior leadership positions at some of the nation’s largest mortgage banking companies, including GE Capital Mortgage, North American Mortgage Company, and Perpetual Bank.
 

Vice President of Strategic Financial Analysis & Planning
Lawrence Drouin oversees LoanPerformance’s Finance Department, with responsibility for financial analysis and strategic direction as the company evolves from a small, stand-alone entity to a significant growth engine within a Fortune 300 enterprise. He was part of the strategic team that managed LoanPerformance’s acquisition by and integration into First American Real Estate Solutions (now First American CoreLogic). With experience in both large and small companies, Mr. Drouin has been a financial analyst for American Airlines and IBM and a Citigroup corporate banker as well as co-founder of a small, multi-media start-up company in Paris, France. He holds a B.A. in economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
 

Vice President of Data Content
Carlos Santiago is responsible for the data operations teams that process acquired and contributed mortgage data for the company’s information products. Before joining LoanPerformance, Mr. Santiago was an independent consultant with mortgage-related clients that included Goldman Sachs, Freddie Mac, the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, Deutsche Bank, Abt Associates, Mortgage Information Corporation, and Kidder Peabody. Prior to that, he managed collateral analysis groups at both Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Santiago received his B.A. degree in mathematics and computer science from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
 

Vice President of Credit Risk Products and Analytics
Damien Weldon is responsible for LoanPerformance’s credit risk product suite, with accountability for product management, analytical solutions delivery, and strategic data initiatives. Prior to LoanPerformance, Mr. Weldon served as lead data analytics consultant at Norkom Technologies, responsible for program management, analytical solution delivery, and actionable quantitative analysis. He built and managed Norkom’s first Center of Excellence for the credit card industry. Mr. Weldon received his bachelors degree in mathematics and physics and a masters in arts from Dublin University and holds a master of science degree in mathematical modeling and numerical analysis from Oxford University.
 

Vice President of Client Services
Peter O'Toole is responsible for supporting client use of all LoanPerformance products and for maintaining strong ongoing client relationships. Prior to joining LoanPerformance, Mr. O'Toole was a senior consultant and project manager for BancWare, an asset/liability management and funds-transfer pricing software provider, responsible for implementation and support of the BancWare product suite in the U.S. and abroad. In demand as a featured speaker at international industry events, Mr. O'Toole also taught classes on funds transfer pricing. Before that, Mr. O'Toole was a client services rep for SunGard, providing technical and business support to internal and external clients. Prior to SunGard, Mr. O'Toole was a portfolio administrator and advisor representative at State Street Bank and Trust in Boston, Massachusetts.
 

Vice President of Marketing
Bob Visini oversees LoanPerformance company and product branding, advertising, promotion, marketing communications, corporate communications, and the corporate website. Mr. Visini has 30 years’ experience in financial services, software, and brand and product marketing. Before joining LoanPerformance, he was vice president of marketing for Ellie Mae, Inc., a leading mortgage industry software provider. Before that, he was senior director of corporate marketing at Niku Corporation, an enterprise software maker, vice President and director of marketing for Bank of America's mortgage and small business banking divisions, vice president and director of branch marketing for Wells Fargo Bank. He has also held management positions at McCann Erickson, Foote, Cone and Belding, and Ketchum Advertising. Mr. Visini holds B.A. in international business from San Francisco State University and teaches marketing and advertising at the University of San Francisco and San Francisco State University.
