B.A. in psychology from San Francisco State University, M.B.A. in finance and real estate from the University of California at Berkeley
Supports LoanPerformance clients, leading the professional services team that implements and optimizes customer systems and trains the systems’ users. Expertise includes financial analysis, financial planning, return-on-investment analysis, pricing, product management, worker productivity, performance metrics (including forecasting and variance analysis). RiskModel Expert. Other experience: mortgage packaging and sales operations, credit card sales and servicing systems, control tools (e.g., MIS, ad-hoc queries, procedures) for monitoring system performance and ensuring business objectives are met.
Prior to joining LoanPerformance, Mr. Iracki was financial planning and analysis manager at Wells Fargo Bank, overseeing forecasting, budgeting and reporting for a $12 billion home equity channel. Before that, he was Providian Financial’s vice president of finance, with responsibility for development of business unit performance metrics. Previous to that, he managed lending partner relationships for Creditland.com and optimized customer service policies in support of national sales as vice president and manager of finance at Bank of America.
