B.S. in applied mathematics from North Carolina State University, M.S. in operations research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Current research and development in applying optimization methods to mortgage prepayment modeling. Has conducted client case studies in statistics, operations research, and information technology, including customer retention, segmentation, and lifetime value models. Developed manufacturing scheduling system and airline technical operations system strategy.
Prior to LoanPerformance, Mr. Wike was analytics director for Advanced Financial Services, Inc., where he developed direct marketing infrastructure, conducted business optimization studies, implemented methods to minimize costs, developed Six Sigma dashboards for response-rate and model-performance tracking, converted scoring operations in-house, and managed new model development and implementation. Before that, as a senior analytical consultant for Norkom Technologies, he developed a home equity loan-acquisition model for a financial services company and a model predicting which homeowners are most likely to move in the next year.
