RiskModel Implementation Services
LoanPerformance Professional Services staff will make two on-site visits to assist new RiskModel clients with training, application setup, and performance verification, as follows:

  • Train client staff in the correct use of RiskModel
  • Review the client’s input data for required and optional fields, assumptions for missing/inconsistent data, QA review parameters, QA checks and messages
  • Review client’s RiskModel project settings, number of runs, and optional adjustments, to verify that they meet client goals and objectives
  • Review the client’s methodology for defining housing-related economic inputs, including stochastic simulation, mean vectors, and user-defined paths
  • Review best practices coverage of “shock” scenarios for housing paths
  • Review the client’s methodology for defining interest rate economic inputs, including stochastic simulation, mean vectors, and user-defined paths
  • Review best practices coverage of “shock” scenarios for interest rate paths
  • Review the client’s prepayment, default, and severity calibrations, including client calibration approach and basis for calibration
  • Review best practices use of segmentation to meet client objectives
  • Review RiskModel outputs to identify metrics that meet client objectives

Professional Services staff will work with RiskModel clients to expedite implementation into production, including identifying ways to automate data input, RiskModel run, and report generation.
